TEDX SPEAKER
In 2020, Michael delivered a powerful TED Talk titled “Check your BS (Belief systems) for success”. Due to the global pandemic, this became the first all-virtual TED event of all time, and instantly reached thousands in a single night with incredible reviews and feedback.
The resonance with the TED talk saw Michael deliver powerful keynotes to organisations around the world and in 2021 Michael launched his own leadership company to create powerful, fresh and experiential leadership content & support a post pandemic generation. This was after several high level leadership roles including being Vice President of Learning Asiapacific for Accor overlooking 1000+ hotels and Global Director Talent Development for over 300 +Luxury Hotels. Michael’s dream is to now help anyone and everyone that engages with his content to believe better and start seeing instantly better results in their lives.

Michael attributes all his success to the blessings of a loving God and counts his wife Kathia and 3 kids - Marc , Kristyn & Mia among the top 4 in his life! He places a priority in his talks and keynotes on becoming better in every area of life, starting with family, health & well being. In 2014 , Michael suffered a crippling back injury which could have changed his life drastically and after almost a year of pain, was completely healed from it when doctors diagnosed otherwise.
Michael attributes all of these wonders to Gods love and encourages people to believe better in order to see incredible results in their lives. Michael and his family are currently on a mission to support youth and kids across the world by organising virtual online services and episodes to help people believe better. Michael is also the creator and host of “Belief Bites to live right” a podcast on faith and spirituality, available on Spotify , Apple Music and wherever podcasts are played!
